A performant and reliable solution for your commercial and community projects

 In the past 10 years, PTE has developed and field tested two new approaches to offer high treated effluent for single-family homes, commercial applications including high strength (restaurant, hotel, resort, golf club, campground, shopping mall, rest area…) and community systems. The first approach is based on a textile filter named EcoflexTM, well adapted for single-family homes, commercial properties and small community projects with domestic wastewater (daily flow smaller than 6,500 gpd).

The second approach is designed for high strength wastewater applications or municipal projects with a daily flow greater than 6,500 gpd. This approach relies on a combination of a recirculating trickling filter named BiosegTM, reducing the organic loading to a secondary treatment level, followed by a polishing unit made of a series of EcoflexTM organic and textile filter rolls (presented in the first approach). The combination of EcoflexTM and BiosegTM offers an economical, compact and efficient solution.
