Onsite wastewater treatment systems gain in popularity in outskirts and rural zones. Those installations have to be compliant with the Q-2, r.8 regulation, which requires the NQ 3680-910 standard for all treatment systems, in order to protect and preserve public health and environment. All Ecoflo ® models are now certified under that standard by the Bureau de normalisation du Québec (BNQ) and succeeded at the 52-week tests. The results even exceeded the requirements set by the BNQ.
Premier Tech Environment markets its two BNQ-certified versions of the Ecoflo ® systems, fibreglass and concrete, since January 1st, 2006, when the BNQ certification became imperative for all septic systems in Quebec.
